1. It’s always a good idea to install a fresh copy or version forego upgrade from one windows version to another.

2. Always check to ensure your system has enough hardware resources to support this new version and please do not just go by the recommended minimum requirements stated by Microsoft. Just like windows 10 minimum RAM is 4gigbyts however by now everyone knows Windows 10 needs that 4gigs if that’s all you have available leaving 1.3 gigs for other programs this causes poor performance over all not enough resources to support performance.
